backwaters of Kerala.

All units are rebuilt wooden houses offering open sky
bathrooms with modern conveniences, hot and cold water.
All rooms are comprised of open verandahs with panoramic
views over the backwaters of Lake Alleppey.
Families are recommended a Standard room with 2 extra
beds.
The house boats or Kettuvallam popularly known as rice
boats are furnished single and double bed roomed boats
fitted with solar eleric panels with bathrooms and
living area. It offers a cruise through the waters of
the Vembanad lake to view the life and culture of
Kuttanad.
The house boat cruise has stops in villages, shorts
snacks, or just to chat with friendly folks along the
way.
Resort room check-out/in: 12.00 noon.
Boat house check-in is 12 noon; lunch on-board.
Check-out is 10 a.m.
Children below 6 years are free when sharing
bed/existing beddings with parents.
Free transfers maybe availed from Alleppey Town to the
resort between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; contact numbers to be
given upon reservation.
